One of our most comprehensive specialty programs, APEX Academy’s Canine Stylist course includes 55 hours of theory and 425 hours of practical, hands-on experience. The course is completed in 13 weeks, at the end of which students will graduate with a dog grooming diploma.

Who Should Enrol
This course targets graduates of our Canine Assistant Groomer Program, offering classes that deepen their understanding of bathing, drying, and finishing skills. The course focuses on Canadian Kennel Club standards and higher-level grooming, where groomers discover their styling prowess.
Program Format
Theory classes are available with a hybrid model, where students can choose the class type based on their schedule. Students also enjoy practical live workshops for grooming training for dogs, focused on advanced techniques with live demonstrations and hands-on exercises.
