WIN for our administrators: Have you ever tried to phone during our busy seasons? It can be difficult. Pre-booking your dog assists our administrators and allows them to work more efficiently.

This will be decided after your first appointment and discussed between you and your Certified Pet Stylist. The interval time agreed upon will be based on your dog's coat type, coat condition, and the optimal style you choose.

No problem. Phone our administration staff, and we will do the best we can to accommodate you and your Royal Dog! We understand how life can be crazy at times.

Again, no problem. There are no commitments or contracts. You can quit anytime you like; however, based on the response to this program, we feel you will quickly enjoy all the benefits it provides.

ONE is the SERVICE DOG PROGRAM. The students groom all service dogs for FREE.

The SECOND one is THE NEWLY-RESCUED-DOG-PROGRAM.

Rescue dogs can have a FREE groom if scheduled within the first four weeks of their adoption.

The answer to this is yes in the sense that we can only provide this program to a finite number of dogs.

For this reason, if you are interested in participating, we suggest you enroll immediately to avoid disappointment.

Unfortunately, a dog that we consider level 3 or higher is not eligible as we always want both the dog and the students to be safe.

Dogs we level 3 or higher are those that resist grooming, are “dancers” on the table, or with aggressive tendencies.

Your Canine Pet Stylist will assess your dog on his/her first grooming.

If you're already a client and want to enroll in the program, your dog has already been assessed and documented in her/his file.

Our administrators can share this information with you.

The COVID Virus is very unpredictable. We are working with new guidelines and protocols daily.

If Sask Health mandates all vocational schools close or lowers the numbers of enrollments for any reason, this will affect Zoom Zoom Groom's ability to offer the Royal Dog Program.

Zoom Zoom Groom & Apex Academy will follow all SHA mandates and protocols to ensure everyone's safety.

We will do our very best to keep the program's consistency flowing; however, we ask for your understanding should change occur beyond our control.

This pandemic can create problems outside of SHA mandates. If any staff member contracts the virus- it affects the entire scheduling etc. Again, we ask for your understanding.

Another reason for interference with the Royal Baths is low student enrollment or student breaks/ holidays. There are short breaks in-between student sessions- in which we obviously cannot provide the free baths.

We will do our best to keep things flowing as well as possible.

Remember the baths are FREE and should be considered a bonus- a gift. If we can provide the baths, we will!

If we cannot, for any of the above reasons, we ask for your continued support and understanding- and knowing that you will not find a FREE bath/ brush-out and nails with any other groomer in Regina.
